macro, new parameter:
 - `meanShiftLine=`
 - `meanShiftStep=`
 - `meanShiftColors=`
 - `xaxisValues=`
 - `xaxisValuesDisplay=`
 - `xaxisValuesFormat=`
 - `xaxisValuesRotate=`
 - `xaxisOther=`
 - `reuseN=`
