ENHANCEMENT: I wonder if it's envisageable to add onRemoveItem() method or how can we subscribe to this uploader object ?

Because I need hide dialog/overlay if object uploader.queue is empty how can I subscribe or have onRemoveItem() because there is already onCompleteItem
