fix: session expiry (#886)

* fix: handle session inactivity expiry

* fix: clear all cookies on session expiry and throw LoginRequiredError

* chore: add diagnostic logging to session recovery flow

* fix: re-establish session on ERR_NETWORK before retrying

* chore: remove diagnostic logging
